2 garlic scapes (or 3 large cloves garlic, peeled)
¼cup tahini
¼cup to 1/3 cup lemon juice
½teaspoon cumin
1teaspoon sea salt plus to taste
1teaspoon black pepper
¼cup to ½ cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse to incorporate. Turn on and, while spinning, drizzle in olive oil until creamy. Add water if all of the olive oil has been added and hummus is still not creamy.
