Nutrition Education

Powered with Zufall Health and state Nutrition Educators one Friday a month we flip our market into a classroom and offer a bilingual educational Nutrition lecture and discussion complete with a healthy, hands on cooking demonstration.

 

Participants are encouraged to add their thoughts, ideas and questions and there’s always a handful of eager students who join in on the cutting, mixing, plating and serving of healthy delicious affordable dishes! Everyone leaves with a large bag of fresh produce, recipes, information from the lecture and kitchen tools such as measuring cups, peelers etc.
