  1. Wash hands with soap and water

  2. Combine cauliflower, carrots and cucumbers to a large bowl

  3. Add onion, tomatoes, cilantro and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

  4. Spoon ½ cup mixture onto toastadas and serve!

  • Make it a meal! Mix in some shredded chicken.
