Wash hands with soap and water

Combine cauliflower, carrots and cucumbers to a large bowl

Add onion, tomatoes, cilantro and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

Spoon ½ cup mixture onto toastadas and serve!

Chef's Tips
- Make it a meal! Mix in some shredded chicken.
- Try adding some diced avocado.
- Feel free to make substitutions! Not a fan of cauliflower? Try some broccoli instead.
